		<description>Transition certainly is painful. I&#039;ve transitioned to several ministries over the past decade, and it&#039;s never easy. It&#039;s hard to leave behind those that you&#039;ve been with for so long. And it&#039;s hard to go somewhere new and start over. But it&#039;s all for the best, and each transition comes with a set of lessons that we&#039;re wise to learn.</description>

		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree more. Especially the Passive aggressive leader. The only thing that is more frustrating than being told what to do and how to do it... is to be told in a really roundabout way, that keeps everyone safe... but you.</description>
