Why is it so tough to transition towards a Family Ministry model?

Anytime you’re transitioning towards something like a Family Ministry Model, you’re going to impact other ministries besides your Children’s Ministry and Student Ministry. Piecing it together is not like piecing together a puzzle, it’s like solving a Rubik’s Cube. It takes a skillful hand, a lot of foresight and a little bit of luck.

BTW – if you peel the stickers off and “solve it that way”… it’s not long before they begin to peel off and break. It’s really ugly. The same is true when you try to sidestep transition and only cover up the inconsistencies.
