Family First!
A few years ago, my wife and I wrote our family purpose statement and values. (As a result we developed the Family Road Map) One of our core values we came up with was Family First. By this, we want our children to understand that friends will come and go, but you will always have your family at your side; therefore Family First.
In light of this value (an the fact that we just spent the weekend with my my brother and his family) I want to introduce you all to my twin brother, Jon. -No, really- he’s my identical twin- it’s not me acting like someone else! Anyway, he and his family are raising support through ABWE to go to Costa Rica as full-time missionaries. They are joining a group called T.A.C.T.I.C.A. I was going to explain it…as well as encourage everyone to have them come to their church and present to their missions department, but I thought it might be better just to post a couple videos and let them explain their calling.
Personally, I think it’s about the best thing out there, but then again – I’m bias…FAMILY FIRST after-all!
