Going into a meeting with our Middle School pastor and our High School Pastor. We’re “talking Orange” and ultimately looking at what we want a kid to look like (spiritually) when they complete high school…and then working backwards from them (what do we want them to look like as a freshman, 5th grader, kindergartener, preschool,…) AND how can we link that with what dad and mom want / expect. Should be a great conversation. I love to work with these guys on stuff like this!
Do your student / children’s teams work together?
